Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out to a therapist can feel a little uncertain or even a bit strange at first. It’s a big shift to go from handling everything on your own to sharing it with someone else.

Think of this as your space to sort through whatever is on your mind with someone who’s just there to listen and help.

The goal is to give you the tools you need to feel a lot more steady and in control of your own story.

My approach to therapy

Finding a therapist who actually "gets" you is the most important part of this. I don't look at therapy as a place you go to get fixed. Instead, I see it as a partnership. You are the expert on your own life and what you value; I’m just here to help you navigate it.

Whether you’re going through a big change or just want a place to process your week, this is your space. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that helps you feel more like yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll create a calm, low-pressure space to explore your story and ensure my approach feels like the right fit for your journey. We will establish a clear "roadmap," identifying 2–3 specific goals to guide our work together. My priority is that you leave feeling heard, empowered, and confident that you no longer have to navigate these challenges alone.
