Great to meet you!

Hello , It’s great to meet you. Since you are here please allow me to share some things about myself I believe may be helpful for you to know about me more.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was raised in New Orleans, La. My work in serving others professionally has been rooted in a genuine passion for helping people heal, grow, and recognize their own strength.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families facing difficult seasons, emotional challenges, life transitions, and circumstances that can sometimes feel overwhelming. These experiences have strengthened my belief that effective therapy begins with truly seeing and hearing the person behind the symptoms.

My approach is individualized and holistic, allowing me to consider each client’s unique experiences .

My purpose is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients and families feel valued, respected, and never judged. I want every person I work with to leave feeling more empowered, hopeful, and equipped with the tools to navigate life with greater confidence.

My greatest goal is not simply to help people cope with where they are today, but to walk alongside them as they discover healing, resilience, renewed purpose, and the possibility of a healthier and more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized, compassionate, and holistic, recognizing that every person’s experiences, needs, and journey are unique. I take time to understand you as a whole person, not just the challenges you are experiencing. I will also consider your emotional, mental, physical, social, and environmental well-being. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore the concerns that may be affecting your life, and develop a personalized approach that supports your goals and overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel understood, respected, empowered, and supported throughout your therapy experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy visit is a time for you to feel welcomed, heard, and understood. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what has been happening in your life and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, experiences, mental health history, current challenges, and the goals you hope to achieve. You’ll have a safe, supported, and confidential space to be open without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what you need and create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you, which may include therapy, medication evaluation, referrals, or other supportive resources when appropriate. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door; just come in. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and work alongside you as you move toward greater peace, healing, confidence, and emotional well-being. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take that journey alone.
