I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adult clients who have taken the next frequently challenging step to start therapy. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and grief. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and a Certified Grief Professional. I am looking forward to working with you.
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused therapy approaches. We work collaboratively on your goals for therapy and the outcomes you desire. All feelings and thoughts are welcome. My approach is warm, welcoming and supportive.
Our introductory session allows clients to share some of their story and feel comfortable in therapy with me. We discuss and clarify and the goals and expectations from therapy. They can expect feel genuinely heard and supported. They often leave with a few tools and strategies to get started.
