Great to meet you!

As a licensed drama and creative arts therapist, I take a holistic, integrative and relational approach to mental health, meeting people where they are and as a whole person rather than a diagnosis to be fixed. Living in this ever-changing world can be difficult and frustrating, and we all need to be seen, felt, and connected to be more fearless, worryless, and hateless. All the big changes you are looking for always begin with a small step. I hope to be part of the support system for you to become more brave and confident to take a risk and accept yourself as a whole.

I offer more insurance options than listed on Headway. Please contact me for more insurance information.

My approach to therapy

I integrate talk therapy with experiential therapy to engage clients to play an active role in exploring difficult emotions and experiences. Whether through conversation, expressive arts, or a combination, we will explore ways of understanding yourself and engaging with the world around you. I specialize in helping individuals and couples — especially South Asians, international students, professionals in demanding fields, LGBTQ+, BIPOC—develop greater self-awareness, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

I want people to create the thing that they want to take away from the sessions with me. It might not always be the same thing you thought you wanted in the beginning.
