I offer individual therapy for women and parents who are looking to dive deeper into why their lives aren't currently working for them. I enjoy working with people recovering from traumatic events, unhealthy or abusive relationships, or substance use disorders/addictions.

I help people recognize their unhealthy patterns and identify new healthy coping skills that better align with their values. I believe that you are not responsible for the bad things that happened to you, but you are responsible for your healing. If you think we might be a good fit, I would love to talk with you further.

I know what it is like to feel shame and experience judgment due to your identity or past experiences and the ways you learned to cope. I am committed to helping you let go of these so that you can experience empowerment and peace.
