Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m June Dean-Villatoro, a licensed therapist and the owner of Get Real and Heal Therapy. My practice specializes in supporting the BIPOC community, particularly anxious overachievers, perfectionists, people-pleasers, and those navigating difficult life transitions. I help clients learn to self-advocate, set boundaries, and regulate their mood and emotions. My work primarily focuses on providing effective tools to manage Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, and Depression. With a direct, humorous, and holistic approach, I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ERP, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, IFS, and TF-CBT.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm and direct approach and prioritize fostering the therapeutic relationship in order to create an environment conducive for self-reflection and growth. I utilize an integrative approach to meet my clients where they're at and customize the treatment to their specific needs.

Client can expect a safe and comforting space to reflect and explore their most inner thoughts, fears, and worries.
