Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a compassionate Nurse Practitioner, who believes healing starts with feeling safe, heard, and understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, insomnia, depression, opioid addiction, and postpartum depression, using practical, evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I meet you where you are and move at your pace. Together, we’ll focus on building skills, insight, and hope for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, compassionate, and supportive. I strive to create a calm, safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences without fear of judgment. I gently help clients develop practical coping skills while gaining insight into their thoughts and emotions, with special focus on anxiety, insomnia, depression, opioid addiction, and postpartum depression. We move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your strengths and supporting meaningful, lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, welcoming space where there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. We’ll talk about what brought you in and what support looks like for you, while getting to know each other at a comfortable pace. I’ll listen closely, ask caring questions, and help you feel grounded and supported. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, calmer, and hopeful about the next steps.
