My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and goals. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, and supportive therapeutic interventions.
My journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and progressed through roles as an LPN, Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, and now Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This diverse clinical experience has given me a deep appreciation for treating the whole person and understanding the connection between physical and mental health.
I earned my nursing degrees through progressive education, culminating in my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Walden University. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, stress, life transitions, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, support, and treatment they need to improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Seeking help takes courage, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.
