Great to meet you!

Hello! I am excited to work with clients that want to experience growth in their journeys; through all the bumps that come. Life is hard, but it's also amazing. I have a big blended family that I adore as you'll get to know a little bit of me as well. Going through this journey of life will have it's challenges and it will also have it's triumphs, it's a good feeling when we are able to manage in a healthy manner.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution based and allowing clients to find the path that works best for them. I believe people are the experts of their own lives and are capable of finding what is best for them. I focus on identifying triggers that can get in the way of daily functioning so that we can tackle them in a healthy manner.

What you can expect from me

Clients can hopefully take from me their power and their control for their own path. To feel capable and confident in the decisions they make for themselves. An understanding that their past experiences are not who they are but what they've been through and part of their story; while learning to manage in a healthy manner and having positive/healthy relationships.
