Great to meet you!

I see therapy as a space for healing, reflection, and growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you explore the most meaningful parts of your lives.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), currently working toward additional licensure as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I have worked with adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. I specialize in helping individuals who are highly introspective, emotionally sensitive, and motivated to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I combine evidence-based practices with a deep respect for your lived experience and personal values.

I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a real relationship. I show up with presence, honesty, and curiosity, and I invite you to do the same. Whether we’re challenging unhelpful patterns or sitting with hard emotions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be seen and heard. I tailor each session to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introduction session that will allow you to share your goals for therapy. You can expect sessions with me to feel grounded, purposeful, and emotionally attuned. Together, we’ll build insight into your patterns, increase emotional regulation, and develop practical tools that support your goals. I hope that you leave each session with greater self-understanding, a stronger sense of agency, and the feeling that you’re not navigating life alone.
