Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking this first step; whether you are seeking to heal from trauma, navigate major life transitions, or rebuild your sense of self, I am here to walk alongside you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with degrees from Georgia State University and the University of Pittsburgh, I specialize in supporting adults, couples, and families across diverse clinical, correctional, and Veterans Affairs settings. My practice addresses challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic illness, developmental disabilities, and complex trauma. Utilizing a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Therapy, and Couples Therapy to craft a personalized treatment plan that helps you achieve lasting healing, growth, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based approach, creating a space where clients can feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. My work is trauma-informed and draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based interventions, and couples therapy. Together, we identify practical goals, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming, judgment-free space to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about your needs and the beginning of a personalized plan for moving forward
