Great to meet you!

I’m Justin Barsanti, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s toughest challenges. My approach is clear, supportive, and straightforward — no jargon, no judgment — just honest conversation and practical tools that help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with professionals, parents, and couples who are facing stress, life transitions, relationship strain, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck. I also bring deep experience from both clinical leadership and hands-on therapy, including training at Yale University’s Parenting Center, and years spent supervising and mentoring other clinicians. I intend to use warmth, honor, and a dash of humor in all of my work with you.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're here for support with a personal struggle or looking to create real change in your life, therapy with me is built to meet you where you are — and help you get where you want to go.
