Great to meet you!

I'm a fellow millennial who gets just how tough "adulting" can be. Maybe your days are just passing by, life is feeling harder or less enjoyable than it should, or you do not have someone who "just gets you". Therapy is for everyone. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or uncertain about which direction to take in life, I'm here to walk with you through it. Together, we'll explore where you are and where you want to go, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding all parts of you. I work with clients to explore dualities: strength and vulnerability, hope and fear, clarity and confusion. I blend insight-based work with practical strategies so you understand yourself better and feel empowered to take real steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, with no pressure. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any questions you have. It's a chance to build trust, explore what working together will look like, and create a space where you feel supported from the beginning.
