I am a positive, Christian counselor who focuses primarily on helping with the big questions in life, depression, anxiety, change, trauma, motivation issues, sadness, worry, and letting your story be told. Through the counseling journey, we will work together to help make you the person God meant you were meant to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop concrete goals and help my clients work toward those goals.
