Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Justin and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My typical work with my clients consists of me helping them to identify unhelpful patterns they may have in their thinking that are disruptive to their lives in some way. While doing this, we will work on developing an ample toolkit of adaptive coping skills to deal with stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client driven and strengths-based. We will work together to better understand changes that you wish to make in your life, and that will be the focus of treatment. It is important to me that I always promote my client's right to self-determination. You are the expert on your own life. You already have the tools to change what you want changed, I am just here to help you figure out what steps to take.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other and talk about what prompted you to schedule an appointment for us to work together. We can then collaboratively set up some goals for our future sessions together.
