Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in mental health and substance use counseling. Over the years, I’ve worked in addiction, substance use treatment, gambling treatment, counseled adults, provided in-home therapy for children and adolescents, and supported teenagers in a high school setting. Those experiences taught me how to meet people where they are and make sessions a safe space.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist who shows up as a real person first: someone you can actually talk to without feeling judged or analyzed every second. I help people work through, addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, etc., in a way that feels practical, supportive, and sometimes even a little lighter. You can do meaningful work and still have moments of humor along the way. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself while also helping you make real, lasting changes. If you want therapy that feels genuine, grounded, and actually helpful, that’s what I aim to offer.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where you don’t need to “have it all figured out” or say things perfectly. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to be different at your pace, no pressure. My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable and human. By the end, we’ll start shaping clear goals and simple next steps.
