Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who works with adults, couples, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve trained across schools, community mental health, and outpatient settings, and I bring a grounded, real-world perspective into the therapy space. My work is culturally responsive and shaped by a strong commitment to equity, identity, and whole-person care. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and move forward with clarity. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness, while tailoring the work to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and work with you to begin identifying goals and next steps. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can be open and feel at ease. You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
