Hey, my name's Justin. If you need a little help to be where you want to be then I am here for you. I have a bachelor's in psychology and a masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. both degrees are from Southern Illinois University.

I'm an LCPC and I have been providing therapy since 2013. I typically work with teenagers and adults of all phases. I have 10 years' experience of working in various community mental health settings and 8 years working in private practice. At this point I have helped people through all sorts of issues including but not limited to depression, trauma, stress management, couple's issues, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I use the partnership approach to therapy. You bring your life experiences and I bring my knowledge psychology and we work together to get you where you want go. I use solution focused, person centered, motivational interviewing, choice therapy, and aspects of CBT.

People can expect to leave sessions feelings empowered, having a plan to address some of their issues, and feeling a sense of direction and support
