Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Justin. The focus of my work is helping people or family members who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relational wounds that have had negative impacts on their relationships, overall emotional well-being, health, family, career, and other aspects of life. The symptoms of mental health and well-being can involve a great deal of emotional pain and suffering. So, first, I want to commend you on the courage you are showing to seek help. Second, finding a professional who can provide a safe and non-judgmental space is crucial if this is your experience.

My goal as your therapist is to provide the highest level of individualized care to improve your quality of life by supporting all pathways to recovery. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Colorado and Missouri, specializing in areas such as relational trauma, addiction, emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, personality disorder, phobias, PTSD, stress, and trauma.

Outside of my professional life, I value the importance of balance and self-care, which I incorporate into my practice. I understand the complexities of life and the importance of having someone to support you through your journey.

I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you soon. Let's take this step together towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a therapeutic environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will work on developing strategies that are tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Whether we're addressing deep-seated trauma, navigating life transitions, or managing stress and anxiety, my approach is always compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered. I would like to believe that you would take away from our therapy sessions a new confidence, and self efficacy of "I now have what I need to move forward with my life"!
