Great to meet you!

Hi,

I'm Dr. Justin Leazenby and I'm a Clinical Psychologist trained at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium. I have always found it rewarding to provide a safe space for people to discuss their challenges and I have worked with adults from various backgrounds and circumstances. I look forward to meeting with you and exploring how therapy can best support you in your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves moving towards collaborative change and using scientifically supported treatments to help clients achieve the change they want to see in their lives, whether it be emotional, behavioral, in their thinking, or in their relationships.

My particular area of expertise is in treating OCD, Anxiety, and Depression. I rely on interventions such as ERP, CBT, and ACT, along with care and compassion, to create a supportive environment where you can see positive growth.

What you can expect from me

The first few minutes of the session involves asking some general questions to understand your background and the context for your experiences. The rest of the session focuses on exploring the challenges you are having, symptoms you might be experiencing, and developing a framework for how to accomplish the changes you hope to see in your therapy.
