Great to meet you!

I like to listen without judgement to connect with clients. Identifying client strengths and supporting client with somatic therapies, as well as education of anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I take a Holistic approach in efforts to identify immediate and longterm stressors that impede the clients ability to function well and find peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will engage in introductions and then dive in to an assessment of what brings you to therapy. I will explore with you different areas of your life to identify life stressors that may be influencing the presenting problem. I will provide education where it is needed and discuss limits to confidentiality. We will also explore any past experiences you have with therapy, coping strategies and insight you've developed regarding the presenting problem. This will help us later set goals and identify the best approach to addressing challenges.
