Great to meet you!

Currently offering teletherapy utilizing both video and audio sessions. I will begin offering more in-office services very soon. Until then, let's schedule a time to talk and begin by discovering if we are a good fit to work with one another. From there, we can discuss the best personal goals, treatment plans and best environment for us to continue to meet. At the end of the day, all I can say is that I love what I do, and when you love what you do, it shouldn't be called work.

My approach to therapy

I provide individualized counseling for children, adolescences, and adults experiencing Anxiety, Depressions and thoughts or actions of self-harm. Instead of putting a Band-Aid on the present, I believe that with Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, we can protect ourselves from future hardship by learning and using these preventative therapeutic skills.

What you can expect from me

Resistant to therapy? Feel like you will never find a therapist you can ever trust? I agree that if we are not ready or do not trust in therapy, little to no progress can be made. I provide a safe and confidential environment where building a strong therapeutic relationship between you and me is key to success. If we are not a perfect match, allow me to take the time to find a provider who meets your expectations.
