Great to meet you!

My patients can expect me to be warm, empathetic, and genuinely interested in their story. I take time to understand not just current struggles, but also personal history and experiences that have shaped who they are. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to overall health, and treating psychiatric conditions can positively impact all areas of life. I work with all patients and conditions, and I always meet people where they are. If someone isn’t ready for medications, I fully support their choice and will be there to provide guidance, education, and care until the time feels right for them. Above all, I listen, I value each person’s perspective, and I aim to create a safe space where patients feel truly heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative and compassionate. I believe in working side-by-side with my patients, creating treatment plans together and always asking how they feel about the options we discuss. My care is both holistic and evidence-based, addressing mental health in connection with the whole person. I strive to bring consistency, empathy, and education into every session so that patients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of their mental health. My goal is for every visit to provide practical next steps—whether that’s strategies for coping, education about treatment options, or simply a safe space to share openly. I want patients to walk away with a sense of direction, hope, and confidence that they have a partner in their care.
