Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach and tailor therapy to what actually works for you no one-size-fits-all plans. I focus on helping you understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. I also care about creating a space where you can be yourself and feel genuinely understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches and focus on helping you understand patterns, build skills, and make meaningful changes in your life. I consider the full context of your experiences, including identity, relationships, and stressors that may be impacting you. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged when needed, and able to move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you what’s bringing you in, what’s been going on, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history and current concerns, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We’ll also start identifying goals and what progress might look like for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and clear on next steps.
