Great to meet you!

I work with Christian individuals and couples who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected. When anxiety or self-doubt takes over, it can be hard to stay grounded, communicate openly, or respond thoughtfully—especially during conflict. You may find yourself becoming defensive, reactive, controlling, or shutting down when things feel overwhelming. These patterns often develop as ways to protect yourself when you feel criticized, misunderstood, or unsafe. Therapy can help you slow these reactions, build self-esteem, manage anxiety, and develop more confidence and clarity in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

If you are seeking to manage anxious thoughts, work on relationships, or improve self-esteem and self-confidence, I welcome the opportunity to work with you. Together we will find the resources that are the best fit for your personal growth. During sessions I offer prayer, reference Bible verses, and use worksheets to aid in the growth and healing process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session you'll have the opportunity to share your story and the needs you have. We'll take a look together at goals you'd like to achieve and discuss how you'd like to pursue them.
