Great to meet you!

Hey there and welcome! My name is Justin Park, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with depression, men's issues, substance use, anxiety, and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative and grounded experience—one where you don’t have to perform, impress, or have the “right” words. We move at a pace that feels steady and intentional, creating space to explore your thoughts, patterns, and behaviors without judgment. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what’s been weighing on you, especially when things feel tangled or overwhelming.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling disconnected, navigating pressure as a man, or trying to change your relationship with substances, therapy becomes a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress, self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned and sustainable

What you can expect from me

Many clients typically notice a shift after just one session. I prioritize building rapport first—I want to hear your story, at your pace, without pressure or judgment! You won’t have to “give up” your past to someone you don’t know. I believe growth happens in a trust-based relationship, and most people leave feeling like they’ve had a genuine conversation with a friend—while realizing they’ve also made meaningful progress. Together, we’ll begin to clarify goals for therapy. My goal for the first session is for you to leave feeling this shift and eager to come back for more.
