Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified, family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I currently focus my practice on common mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, and insomnia, in addition to ADD/ADHD plus cultural and ethnic issues.

My approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in my practice, paired with motivational interviewing, to get to the heart of the emotional and mental concerns and issues my patients face.
