Great to meet you!

I am a highly qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. He works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical strategies for lasting emotional well-being. Justin is committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve meaningful, solution-focused change.

My approach to therapy

As a solution-focused therapist, I believe meaningful change begins by recognizing your strengths, resilience, and the progress you have already made. Rather than dwelling on problems, I work collaboratively with clients to identify practical solutions, build on what is working, and create realistic goals that support lasting growth. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and centered on helping you move forward with confidence and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session with me isn't about lying on a couch while I silently take notes—unless you really like couches. It's a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you in, and figure out what you hope life can look like moving forward. You can expect a judgment-free space, a few laughs when they're helpful, and honest conversations that focus on your strengths rather than your shortcomings. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful that positive change is not only possible—it's already beginning.
