Great to meet you!

I obtained my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2015. Since then I have been practicing therapy for the past 8 years in have a wide range of experience working with various populations in different therapeutic environments ranging from group homes, non profit organizations, universities to private practice settings. My focus is working with young adults, and adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and self esteem issues.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic mix of different therapeutic styles, but I am namely oriented towards acceptance based approaches which incorporate mindful based somatic awareness, values alignment, and compassion focused.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to improve their ability to create new relationships to their thoughts and feelings, so that they no longer have so much power over them through the use of skill based learning. They can also expect to increase their ability to exercise self compassion for themselves and deepen their own understanding of what is really important to them in life to be able to live lives that align with these values.
