Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a U.S. Air Force veteran, a parent, and bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I graduated from Brandman University in 2013. Specializing in crisis counseling for adults and adolescents for over ten years, I have worked in diverse and dynamic settings, including county jails and schools, where I facilitated group therapy, couples counseling, and one-on-one sessions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). By integrating these methods, I empower clients to navigate personal challenges, build emotional strength, and achieve meaningful growth.

Dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces, I believe in the transformative power of therapy and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.

What you can expect from me

With extensive experience in areas such as substance abuse, grief, anger management, life transitions, intimate partner violence, and trauma-informed care, I approach each client with compassion and a commitment to fostering resilience and healing.
