Specializes in

Anxiety, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I help people who have unfulfilling relationships, anxiety, trauma and PTSD feel more centered and connected in relationships. I've provided group and individual therapy in hospitals, community agencies, and to veterans at the VA. I specialize in treating:

  • adults raised in distant/dysfunctional households
  • medical professionals
  • veterans

I offer an eclectic space at my private Mulberry office and also online. Please visit wittpsychotherapy.com for more information.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am guided by three pillars of body-centered, relational, and psychodynamic work. This means we pay close attention to your bodily reactions, to our relationship and how it changes, and to your behaviors and feelings that may be unconscious.

I am strongly influenced by psychoanalytic theory, specifically experiential dynamic therapy. However, I have also sharpened my expertise in using brief and CBT-informed therapies, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a working balance between warm acceptance of who you are while also challenging you to reflect. You can expect to feel heard and to become more of yourself.
