Anxiety, Depression, Family Issues, Men's Issues, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years. During that time, I have worked extensively with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing a myriad of issues that obstruct their happiness, such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting, and self-esteem. My current focus is working with young, career-driven men work through issues involving low self-esteem, dating/relationship difficulties, and life transition stressors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to join with you and work together to explore the issues that are making it difficult for you to thrive. My goal is to work with you to uncover the tendencies that have contributed to unhealthy patterns; and then build the habits that will make you feel more confident and in control of your emotions.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a strong believer in taking an active approach towards feeling better. This means that in order for things to change and unhealthy cycle(s) be broken, it requires you to be intentional about initiating that change. I hope to be able to work with you to have a deeper understanding of yourself, but also have tools to take away and utilize in your day-to-day life. I offer free phone consultations, please feel free to reach out to see if we would be a good fit.
