Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who helps individual adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical support.

My work focuses on stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship concerns. I take an existential approach, helping clients explore meaning, identity, and personal responsibility while developing healthier patterns and coping strategies.

I work with adults from a variety of backgrounds, including those managing stress, burnout, and challenges related to work, relationships, and life transitions.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

I believe that growth happens through self-awareness, connection, and small, intentional steps forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in existential principles, which means we’ll explore questions around meaning, identity, and purpose while also addressing the challenges you’re facing right now.

I believe that many struggles—whether anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties—are connected to how we understand ourselves and our place in the world. In our work together, we’ll look at patterns, build awareness, and develop practical ways to cope and move forward.

You can be open and honest, while also feeling gently challenged to grow. My goal is to create a supportive space that encourages insight, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping for moving forward.

We’ll also explore your current concerns, relevant history, and your goals for therapy.

There’s no expectation to share everything all at once—you can go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and at ease from the start. We’ll also review expectations, answer any questions you may have, and begin outlining a path forward for our work together.
