Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I understand that the treatment of mental health illnesses is always advancing, hence, I believe in evidence-based treatment. I have worked with patients with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD ADHD, and many more. I graduated with my Undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University and my master’s degree at Walden University.

My approach to therapy

I see patients from 6 years to 88+, henceforth understanding my patient population is key to the treatment approach. My approach is to treat patients with the least amount of medication regimen but at the same time adequate to attain baseline functioning status.

What you can expect from me

Establishing a Patient/Provider relationship is important. Patient-centered care approach is achieved by collaborating /active listening and understanding the common goal. During the first visit, I focus on assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. We work as a team to create a therapeutic environment for the continuation of care.
