Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Justina. I believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are—without feeling judged, rushed, or like they need to have everything figured out. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating things like anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth struggles, and experiences that may be keeping them feeling stuck. I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and grounded in real human connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective. I believe growth happens when people feel safe enough to explore, process, and be fully themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. I’ll spend time learning about your experiences, concerns, and goals while creating a space that feels supportive and free of judgment. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in—we’ll work through it together.
