Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing telehealth across Ohio, I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical space for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and major life transitions. Drawing on evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT—along with a touch of humor and authenticity—I focus on honoring the strengths you already possess while helping you build effective tools for growth. In our work together, you can expect an empowering environment where you feel truly heard and supported. Christian faith integration is available upon request.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with practical tools. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while encouraging real growth and accountability. Because everyone’s story is unique, your care is completely tailored to your individual needs. Once we decide to work together, we act as partners in your therapeutic journey. I’m here to listen, challenge, and support you in an open, respectful space as you build coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and live in alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main priority is understanding your story at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Together, we’ll look at what brings you in, highlight what’s already working, and build on the skills that have helped you get this far. We’ll collaborate to identify your unique treatment goals and map out what you hope to achieve in care. From there, we’ll act as partners in our ongoing sessions to turn those goals into reality in a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered.
