Hi! My name is Justine. I am so happy that you are here and have decided to begin your journey toward healing, understanding, and empowerment!

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and have my master's degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.

I am passionate about working with people who have been impacted by complicated family dynamics, generational trauma, attachment wounds, and early childhood experiences. This passion led me to work with reproductive and parental mental health. Additionally, I specialize in supporting sexual and intimate partner violence survivors, and I work with OCD, chronic illness, and disability.

My work is centered on a simple yet profound truth: human beings are not wired to heal in isolation. Whether you are navigating relational strain, burnout, or a quiet sense of disconnection, true healing happens when we restore safety within our bodies, our relationships, and our place in the living world. Rather than viewing distress as an individual failure, I see emotional pain as a natural response to living in a hyper-connected yet deeply fragmented world.

As a clinician who follows Emotionally Focused Therapy, I guide individuals through the emotional cycles that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected. By dropping beneath reactive defense mechanisms, we cultivate secure attachment—helping you feel seen, valued, and emotionally grounded. I integrate nature connection directly into the therapeutic process. Through outdoor walk-and-talk sessions, environmental mindfulness, and mindful birding, we utilize the natural world as a co-therapist.
