Hello! My name is Justine Gabel and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Master's degree in Counseling.
I focus on working with individuals with eating disorders, self-esteem concerns, and those struggling with interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, college aged students, and young adults adjusting to life.
I am passionate about creating a warm, open, and safe environment for you to work on your path towards recovery and growth. Therapy can be difficult and I want to emphasize that you are not alone in your therapeutic journey. I feel it is important for us to have a collaborative therapeutic relationship in order to help you accomplish your goals. I work with clients from a holistic view, taking into account all that you experience in your life, like your beliefs and values.
I work with clients to not only learn and practice effective coping tools, I also focus on working towards healing, discovery and growth. We can navigate healing from past traumas to create the life you envision for yourself. I am here to guide you along your journey and provide you the opportunity to find your most authentic self.
