Great to meet you!

I’m a collaborative, direct therapist who works with high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel engaging, empowering, and grounded in real-life application.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active and insight-oriented, combining evidence-based strategies with honest, practical conversations that help clients create meaningful change—not just temporary coping. I strive to create a space where clients feel both deeply understood and appropriately challenged, with therapy that is thoughtful, intentional, and tailored to the individual. I believe strong therapy should feel engaging, empowering, and grounded in real-life application.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a thoughtful, collaborative conversation focused on understanding what’s bringing them to therapy and what they hope will change. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, patterns, relationships, and history, but the session is meant to feel conversational—not clinical or scripted. My approach is active and engaged, so clients often leave the first session with greater clarity, insight, and a sense of direction rather than feeling like they simply “vented.”
