Great to meet you!

Many people who seek therapy struggle to make meaningful, lasting improvements because their efforts to change are met with surface-level interventions. My goal is to address the heart of the issues through deep understanding and direct communication. No BS - I focus on building real connections with my patients to help them better understand the problems they face and find more satisfying ways of living. Together, we create an inquisitive, non-judgmental space where difficult questions and emotions can be explored and worked through.

My approach to therapy

I am a musician, which informs my approach to therapy. My experience in both fields has shown me the variety of ways in which people communicate. Paying close attention to these nuances helps me connect genuinely with others. Above all, I value my relationships with my patients and collaborators and view these connections as the vehicles for true change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help people experience more freedom and satisfaction in all areas of life. I welcome people from all groups and backgrounds and strive to provide an affirming experience for everyone.
