Great to meet you!

I am a firm believer that therapy is an individual experience and there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach for every person. Bearing that in mind, I like to take a collaborative approach to our work together and invite your feedback. It is important to me that our sessions feel like both an effective and a valuable use of your time. I like to use humor and curiosity to make our time together engaging and insightful, helping you understand yourself and your relationships better.

My approach to therapy

In addition to my focus on anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, I blend structured methods like EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) with process-oriented approaches such as wounded inner child work and internal family systems to help you heal, grow, and find peace. I strive to build an authentic therapeutic connection that makes you look forward to our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to develop practical coping strategies, improve your emotional well-being, and make meaningful changes in your life. My aim is for you to feel as comfortable with me as you would with a friend while gaining new insights that you wouldn't get from peer relationships. I can't wait to work with you!
