Hello! I have worked with clients from ages 6-91 and have helped many clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and multiple other mental health needs. I have a master's degree and am licensed in two states. I have experience working with clients in residential, IOP, and outpatient settings.

I use a solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strength-based approach to help empower clients to reach their greatest autonomy.
