Great to meet you!

Welcome. Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and I believe you deserve a space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people have the capacity to heal, grow, and build lives that feel more manageable and fulfilling. I am Juton and I am a clinically licensed professional with over 15 years of experience providing crisis intervention, grief support, behavioral health services, clinical practice support, and training for helping professionals. My professional background includes work with individuals facing acute stress, life transitions, loss, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and the effects of demanding work or caregiving roles. I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and bereavement, adjustment challenges, trauma-related stress, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing major changes in their lives. I am especially passionate about supporting people in high-stress helping professions, including healthcare workers, first responders, educators, caregivers, and behavioral health professionals. I would be honored to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach draws from evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, strengths-based approaches, supportive counseling, grief-informed care, and mindfulness-based coping strategies. Together, we will identify your goals, better understand the patterns affecting your well-being, and develop practical tools that fit your life, values, and needs.Whether you are navigating a recent crisis, carrying the weight of unresolved loss, feeling burned out, or simply looking for a consistent space to focus on yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reset, and move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to share what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide whether therapy with me feels like a good fit. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify practical next steps toward healing and growth.
