Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jynelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience supporting adults through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD-related challenges, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and have worked in telehealth, inpatient, and community mental health settings. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I also have a special interest in supporting veterans and military-connected individuals. I provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, talk therapy, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring treatment to each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. I help clients better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence in managing life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged and encouraged toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that fits your individual needs, strengths, and pace. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive—we’ll work together to determine where to start and what meaningful progress looks like for you.
