Great to meet you!

Therapy for deep feelers, overthinkers and burnt out doers.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply trying to make sense of your emotions, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.

With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of experience, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, positive psychology, and psychodynamic therapy—to find what works best for you. I believe that healing is always possible, and that you already have the capacity for change within you.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back—and gently work toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, practical, and personalized. I look at the whole picture—mind, body, and emotions—because your well-being is connected on every level. I’m client-centered and solution-focused, which means we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and move toward meaningful change.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your personal history, and the goals you’d like to work toward. I currently see individuals only, and all sessions are held via secure telehealth for your convenience and comfort.

What you can expect from me

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about growing. From our very first session, we’ll identify the goals that matter most to you. I’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re on the right track, and we’ll adjust as needed along the way.

You can also expect gentle, purposeful “homework” between sessions—small practices or reflections designed to deepen insight and help you apply what we’re working on to real life. These tools often lead to faster, more lasting change.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, more self-aware, and one step closer to the life you want to create.
