Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology in 2015 and have been working as a therapist ever since. I am passionate and genuine and I love what I do. My primary focus is Christian counseling and I love serving women and mothers struggling with anxiety, life stressors and depression. My end goal is to help my clients experience transformative healing that leads them to the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client with compassion, empathy and support. I am warm and welcoming, open, honest and direct.

What you can expect from me

Each client can expect to leave each session with new insight and strategy, hope, encouragement, Biblical truths and laughter. I also love giving "assignments/tasks" to help challenge them to work on their area(s) of need.
