Great to meet you!

My fascination with human psychology and resiliency in the path of healing is a devotion and life calling. Getting to walk in your shoes is the deepest honor. My compassion is rooted in the path I have to walk and continue to heal. I grew up in a cauldron of "darkness" and trauma. It has been a heroic effort to walk the path of healing and choose wellness. Yet, in choosing that I gain so much love, enrichment, and have developed a deeper insight to guide others into wellness— knowing no matter where you come from it is possible. Often not easy even grueling but possible and worth it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in bridging exceptional therapy tools while creating a warm, heart-centered, mindful set and setting that engages in an authentic healing relationship with you. Initially, I get to know you in an authentic curiosity paired with a seasoned intuitive sense for the unspoken then extracting roots of suffering to guide the process. As that healing relationship develops, I gain insight to construct a healing plan that is tangible, personalized, and solution-focused. My gift is my brain can track and piece together patterns. Knowing your patterns of suffering is the only way to free their grip.

One of my main perspectives comes from a trauma lens. Most people are unaware that they are moving through relationships with some sort of internalized PTSD. Emotional irregularity and dismissal, neglect, poverty, criticism, lack of presence, and more are all invisible, traumatic incisions that happen Often cultivating a complicated form of PTSD. It’s never to say that the person we experience this from is some sort of villain or even intentional but if we don’t name the experience, we can’t heal the pain.

I explore with you the intricacies of your life and patterns so that we can relieve the control they have on your unconscious behavior, and how you show up in the world

Ultimately, we all deserve a happy, healthy, lives and relationships and that’s what I’m here to guide you towards
