Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I have over 5,000 hours of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and multicultural families in both school and clinical settings.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and ADHD. My approach is structured, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, and skills-based interventions. I help clients understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a trilingual therapist (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin), I’m especially attuned to the cultural dynamics and expectations within diverse families. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and supported.

Together, we work toward emotional clarity, stronger relationships, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I help clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building practical skills for real-life change.

I use evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, and skills-based interventions to address anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Sessions focus on both insight and action—processing experiences while developing tools for daily life.

I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, values, and cultural background. As a trilingual therapist (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin), I’m especially mindful of multicultural dynamics.

Together, we work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on understanding your concerns, background, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your experiences, current challenges, and goals.

Together, we begin identifying patterns and setting practical, achievable goals for our work. I also introduce how therapy will be structured and discuss approaches that may be helpful for you.

I create a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about your situation and a clear direction for next steps.
