Great to meet you!

You may have learned to navigate spaces where parts of you didn’t feel fully seen or accepted. Over time, those experiences can shape how you see yourself.

What is the story you tell yourself? What messages have you taken in from others—and from the world around you? How have those shaped the way you see yourself?

For many people, these stories are formed in spaces where parts of them felt unseen, misunderstood, or not fully accepted. Over time, this can lead to cycles of self-doubt, shame, or feeling like you have to keep proving your worth.

My approach to therapy

I’d like to help you explore that story and begin to shift it toward something more compassionate, affirming, and grounded in who you are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in humanistic values. I pay close attention to how your identities, relationships, and environments shape your experience, and we’ll create space for those parts of you to be fully seen.

Together, we’ll also use practical, evidence-based tools to gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.

What you can expect from me

We will discuss your history and goals to establish a shared direction. You don’t need the right words—you just need to show up. We’ll start with a brief consult and a first-session intake to understand your story, strengths, and goals, then agree on a focused plan.
