Great to meet you!

I bring years of experience in addiction treatment and have dedicated much of my work to supporting women who have experienced trauma. I am deeply compassionate, nonjudgmental, and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to build trust and help clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients exactly where they are in their healing journey, honoring their pace and unique experiences. My approach combines empathy, clinical insight, and collaboration to foster meaningful progress. I believe in walking alongside each person, not leading or pushing, but supporting growth from within.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of empowerment. Together, we’ll identify patterns, process pain, and build practical tools for healing and change. Ultimately, my hope is that clients leave each session feeling supported, grounded, and more in control of their mental well-being.
